What is LINKZ.me?

LINKZ is slick little script I wrote that helps you orgainize your site's linkbuilding campaigns. Some features include the ability to vary anchor text & url, auto-campaign renewal for monthly building, backlink reporting and more.

LINKZ is 100% web based and can be used for free simply by registering. To administer multiple domains and take place in the marketplace, a $10 monthly subscription is required.

Can I purchase comment links on LINKZ.me?

Yes, but not directly from LINKZ. I just built the software to allow users to find blogs to place comments in a user friendly (read: copy & paste) environment. I have no intention of being a comment broker, I'm happy being an underpaid programmer.

If you don't want to place the comments yourself, I suggest you look into our marketplace. You will find many qualified candidates who will build your links for you. Statistics like sticky rate, number of total comments built & trader+, which is similar to ebay's feedback feature, are available for you to review for each buyer/seller.

Can I place comments for other users and make money?

Yes, you are free to offer this service to clients. I suggest you use the software a bit for your personal site and build up some statistics so sellers will have an example of your work. This helps buyer confidence.

Does LINKZ moderate the marketplace?

In no way are we a liason between buyers and sellers. All business performed in our marketplace is strictly between the buyer and seller. We don't get a commission on any of it and don't interfere with your business.

In obvious cases of abuse or consistantly bad reviews / trader / complaints, I reserve the right to ban users however I see fit. Keep it legit people.

Well then, how do you make money?

In order to buy & sell in the marketplace or manage multiple domains, you are required to purchase a premium account for $10/month. This allows me to keep the site hosted and pay a couple of other bills ... it also allows for upgrading the server in the future if users flood the marketplace. Because the site is 100% web based, upgrades to this software are available real time.

So what do you offer for free?

Feel free to register for an account for free. If you only have one site, and intend to do all linkbuilding yourself, there is no reason to purchase a premium account. There are no features disabled for free accounts, you're just limited to a single domain & won't be allowed to take place in the marketplace.

Do comment links help with my SERPs?

Absolutely, there are many advantages for building links on blogs in your niche. The most obvious of these advantages is that you can target blogs whose content is similar to yours. This helps google evaluate what your site is about.

Another major advantage to blog comments over other linkbuilding methods is that it's easy to change your link and anchor text from comment to comment. This is probably the most un-spammy way to build links that exists on the internet today.

Are comment links do-follow or no-follow links?

Both. In our opinion, when posting blog comments, there is no such thing as a bad link. If you're concerned with that stuff, feel free to install some seo tools for firefox so that you can easily tell if the comments are no-follow. If so, just move on to the next blog.

But I heard no-follow links are worthless, why should I build links of this nature?

You heard wrong! Nofollow links will help with theming your site (if placed on relevant blogs) and also allow you to diversify your anchor text. When building a link portfolio for your site, it's important to build links of all shapes and sizes. If you only build links of one flavor, it's easy for google to pick up on your links and label them as spam or paid links. Just like your investment portfolio, smart linkbuilders diversify as much as possible.

Are these blog links from high PR pages?

Yes, no and maybe. PR is only a small part of google's ranking algorithm. If your chasing PR, I'm afraid you've come to the wrong place ... this software doesn't cater to PR.

To better answer the question, blogs can be retrieved by age ... meaning you can request that blogs be pulled that are a few months old, these blog posts likely have some PR value. I personally prefer to build links on recent blog posts that have no PR. These comments are closely moderated by the blog owner because they are new and there is a great possibility that all your comments will be approved.

Furthermore, age matters!!! If you have a link that has existed for 5 years, that is a quality link regardless of the PR of the page. A smart linkbuilding strategy is to pick up some links on pages that will build PR eventually so that as the page ages, your link recieves more link juice from it.

When will I see results from this linkbuilding?

Your backlinks will usually show up in Yahoo Explorer within a week or two. Google is more thrifty in displaying links, so don't expect them to show up anytime soon.
